Tasmania takes on Lean Action Learning

During 2010/11, three Tasmanian companies took part in the Tasmanian Lean Action Learning Program. The program was an initiative of Skills Tasmania and the Tasmanian Department of Economic Development, Tourism and the Arts.

The companies worked together to complete three projects. The results not only exceeded the expectations of management but also earned the project team members a nationally recognised qualification. A second program with an expanded group of companies is currently being planned.
